Nutmegs restaurant and show kitchen located within the grounds of the hu’u is helmed by one of the region’s leading chefs whereby the ritual that begins in the kitchen shines forth in our menu. Together, hu’u which exudes a unique ambience juxtaposing the hallowed serenity of nature with the decadence of its highly acclaimed sonic club nights is coupled with nutmegs, which offers a candle lit dining experience like no other.

At nutmegs our cuisine tantalizes the palette with a kaleidoscope of flavor without sacrificing the authenticity of its roots.
||||The Chef::

Chef de Cuisine, Philip Mimbimi and his talented team are well known for their signature dishes, the aptly named “nasi hu’uduk” and “babi hu’uling”. Nasi hu’uduk is best described as a collective presentation that ties together nasi lemak & nasi uduk.

This dish comprising fragrant beef rendang, sambal prawns, aromatic coconut rice and a superb list of multiple accompaniments is a “must try”, as is our babi hu’uling with the crispiest roast pork belly, succulent spare ribs, lawar vegetables, spicy pork broth and cracklings. These favorite local dishes really have been given the hu’u touch.

The show kitchen at nutmeg’s restaurant is a highlight you’re always able to catch a glimpse of Chef Philip Mimbimi and his team working their magic and they are always happy to spontaneously create a tasting menu based on your specific preferences! The ritual that begins in the kitchen shines forth on our tables.

The “secret garden” setting with its intimate ambience is the perfect place to relax. Forget day beds, our ever-popular giant pillows are the place to do it! Enjoy one of our legendary lychee martinis, try our cocktail of the month or have one of our mixologists concoct something especially for you! With an expansive and ever changing wine list encompassing a number of old and new world boutique wines from all over the world you will be spoiled for choice.

 A fresh reminder of the European brown cafe scene, MANNEKEPIS brings the Belgium Bar-Bistro to Bali, where you can get a nice bite or refreshing Belgium Beer, with a backdrop of Jazz and soulful Blues.

Rio  Bar & Grill  is peacefully located in laid back part of Seminyak yet still within close proximity to Seminyak lively scene.  With its ample  lay out and cozy interior design Rio can accommodate up to 60  guests seated and 120 standing.
